We’re thrilled to introduce our newest team member, Client Services Manager Daniel Zrymiak. Daniel will be supporting the marketing, technical, operational, and product development functions at DMSI moving forward.
Passionate about the intersection of marketing and customer development as the driver of business and innovation, Daniel will contribute to technical training for end users, project services for clients, enhancements to technical solutions, and the retention of valued clients and stakeholders.

A Strong Foundation in Marketing, Technical Training & Project Leadership
With a Business Degree with Honours in Marketing and project management experience across technical product development and professional services, Daniel brings a strong foundation to his work at DMSI. His time with a local center of excellence focused on navigation, communication, and precision instrumentation has equipped him with practical insight that supports DMSI’s continued growth.
Daniel’s impressive body of work has garnered positive attention throughout his career, resulting in invitations to join the faculties of BCIT, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, and UBC—institutions recognized for their contributions to technical and business education.
After qualifying as a Fellow of the ASQ—an honour reflecting the top 2% of membership—he was invited to co-author multiple publications, including The Six Sigma Green Belt Handbook & Study Guide. He remains motivated to stay at the top of his field; his professional certifications require renewal every three years, and Daniel is driven by both conviction and passion.

A Life Rooted in Curiosity, Community & Continuous Improvement
When not striving for milestones in his work life, Daniel focuses on family and community-related events, roots for the Canucks and Roughriders, indulges his sweet tooth, and never starts a day without hot chocolate–enhanced coffee for an immediate morning boost.
He credits an early 1990s living experience in Hong Kong as being deeply influential, while the mountain and sea vistas of his home and work in Vancouver continue to inspire him daily.
