Our teams crossed paths earlier this year at Smart Manufacturing Week 2026 in Birmingham, where we met James Sylvester and James Pearce of JPS Reliability. Along with introducing us to their condition monitoring work, they shared a copy of their book, Book of Gold: Practical Condition Monitoring Case Studies, packed with real strip inspection reports and lessons pulled from years in the field.
What started as a conversation between two teams who care about helping plants get more out of Asset Performance Management turned into a partnership. JPS is our official distributor for DMSI’s software across the UK.

Software Sales and Marketing
UK plant managers and reliability engineers can now work directly with JPS, from that first strategy conversation through the demo and into implementation, to bring MAINTelligence™, InspectMT™, and WorkMT into their operations.

Training and service work for MAINTelligence™ will also move under their care. DMSI’s Client Service Department is staying closely involved as JPS builds out its delivery capacity, so UK clients continue to receive the responsive support they count on.
