It is our pleasure to welcome back Ian Lam to Design Maintenance Systems Inc. as “National Sales Manager, Canada”. Keeping in line with the DMSI vision and purpose, Ian has been tasked to strengthen our relationships and help our clients achieve their asset health goals.
As an established, global provider of Enterprise Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions, DMSI continuously refines and develops its product and services to be in line with market opportunities and client requirements. Our hires are dependent on a person’s qualifications and their vision for not only our company, but our clients’ future. We pride ourselves on end-to-end support, and Ian’s unique qualifications and sales approach are in line with our company goal to positively affect our clients’ bottom line.
Ian is an Engineering graduate of the University of British Columbia who originally came to work at DMSI in the Support Department. During his tenure with DMSI, he was responsible for implementing end-to-end reliability and maintenance programs, and providing excellent technical support of our products. Ian achieved the title of “Sr. Project & Support Engineer” for all of his hard work and contributions to the company. Eventually, Ian left DMSI to pursue a sales opportunity with another software company, gaining experience in account and sales management.
Ian’s newly acquired sales experience in combination with his expertise in MAINTelligence™ and maintenance systems will make him an asset to both DMSI, and to our clients.
