Particularly interested in working with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, Niranjan sees the Mobile Developer position at DMSI as his opportunity to contribute to real-world industrial IoT solutions. Motivated by solving real-world problems through technology, his work at DMSI is an excellent opportunity to deepen his technical knowledge while working on impactful systems that connect hardware and software in meaningful ways for our clients and the industry at large.
Niranjan came to DMSI from a mobile development background, having worked on mobile apps used by over 100,000 users, particularly in industries where efficiency and accuracy are critical. These apps helped teams move away from manual, paper-based processes to fully digital workflows by enabling features such as time tracking, location-based check-ins, and task management. As a result, users were able to perform their work more efficiently, reduce errors, and save hours each month—congruous with all of DMSI’s goals.
A reliable, collaborative, and proactive team member, Niranjan finds it rewarding to know that the tools he’s built have directly contributed to improved productivity and had real-world impact. He stays up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry by attending online conferences like WWDC, reading tech blogs, and actively following updates from major platforms; as well as engaging in real-world networking events with peers to exchange ideas and learn from their experiences.
When he’s not busy trying to make the world a better and more efficient place, Niranjan kickstarts his day with a hot cup of tea and enjoys exploring nature, new places and cuisines, and cultures. His favourite place is Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for its combination of beaches, food, and hiking spots. He can’t get enough of Pho or Al Pastor tacos, and you can find him cheering for his 49ers and Royal Challengers Bengalurus when in season.
