The new InspectVibe™ is a revolutionary device that enables the collection of spectral and time waveform vibration data using any Windows Mobile™ handheld device.

Using InspectVibe™ connected to a handheld running InspectCE™, the operator can collect, display and save overall vibration, time waveforms, FFT spectra (acceleration / velocity / displacement) and filtered acceleration reading.

InspectCE™ is completely self-contained - a piezoelectric accelerometer, power supply, digital signal processor and filters are completely contained within the sensor housing. Installation and configuration is as simple as plugging the sensor's cable into a USB port.

A direct interface to MAINTelligence™ lets the operator or reliability specialist analyze the data with the full power of a world-class vibration analysis package, taking advantage of MAINTelligence™’s easy-to-use route management tools and its full vibration analysis and alarming capabilities.

The Vib460 data collector is a high performance dual channel hand held data collector and signal analyzer. The Vib460 can be used for condition monitoring of equipment found in many process industries such as power generation, pulp / paper, and petrochemical.

The Vib460 utilizes the latest advances in analog and digital electronics, including digital signal processing (DSP) and the industry’s highest resolution Sigma-Delta A/D converter to provide both speed and accuracy in the data collection process.

The Vib460 collects field data, including vibration information and process variables, over a range of 10CPM (0.16 Hz) to 2,400 kCPM (40KHz). Bearing assessments are carried out using ESP™ measurements, a proven amplitude demodulation technique.
