The InspectCE™ series of portable inspection devices automates data collection with a handheld computer using the powerful Microsoft Pocket PC™ operating system. InspectCE™ brings a higher level of power, convenience and ease-of-use to the shop floor.

Simply download one or more routes from MAINTelligence Condition Monitoring to the InspectCE™ Handheld Inspection Device. Select from lists of observations, enter notes, even make notations on machine schematics - anything you can do on a clipboard, you can do on an InspectCE™ handheld. When the route is complete, put the ID unit back into its cradle and upload the completed route. While uploading, the ID unit's batteries are being recharged simultaneously.

Use the InspectCE™'s built-in bar code scanner to quickly identify the equipment you are working on. Shoot the tag with the laser scanner, and the InspectCE™ will automatically bring up all the work orders for that machine. Print work order labels directly from MAINTelligence - its got a full bar code generation capability built right in!

Every piece of data collected can be used by MAINTelligence to determine the condition of the machinery being monitored. Also, all data collected can be used by MAINTelligence Asset Management to trigger additional tasks or work orders. Finally, all of the data collected during routine machine inspections can be put to good use - automatically.

InspectCE™ allows the project lead to define exactly what data is to be recorded. All data can be uploaded / downloaded via Serial, USB, Ethernet and Wireless interfaces.

There are also optional integrated measurement tools for both vibration and thermography -that work seemlessly with InspectCE™.
