Simply download one or more sets of work orders from MAINTelligence to WorkCE handheld. This small, powerful computer allows you to manage all aspects of your work order information faster and more accurately. Complete work orders while at the machine - enter parts used, personnel time and other data, along with note information.

Use WorkCE's built-in bar code scanner to quickly identify the equipment you are working on. Shoot the tag with the laser scanner, and WorkCE will automatically bring up all the work orders for that machine. Print work order labels directly from MAINTelligence - its has a full bar code generation capability built right in!

After completing the work orders, simply snap the WorkCE Unit into its cradle and upload the completed work orders. While uploading, the unit's batteries are being recharged simultaneously, preparing it to be taken out into the plant again.

MAINTelligence has been optimized to work seamlessly with the WorkCE Mobile Workflow Tool. Parts, personnel and work history information are downloaded to the unit automatically along with the downloaded work orders. Multiple work orders can be downloaded to a handheld unit with one button, and are automatically completed and posted to history when they are uploaded from the unit.
